Ready for the ball

I saw 'Beauty and the beast' since a few days and when they show the scene with Beast and Lumiere in the bathroom, i thought: Why isn't there a scene with Belle?
The next thought i had was: When Belle should look like that kind at the ball, she have to spend a lot of time with herself xD
That's the reason why there's noon or afternoon or something like that
